Not a bad concept, just really easy to master.
Any competent communication from you and your partner will be enough to overcome the gameplay gimmick.

- Remove stamina system (useless & frustrating mechanic)
- Fix wall collision (accidentally broken out of map multiple times, specifically near stairs)
- Spawn all the buttons in at start of game in a disabled state. Spawning them in later on

I played this game with my friend and we had a lot of fun and scares.
The game is not perfect though. There are some bugs and glitches that can ruin the immersion or cause frustration.
Overall, I think Death Swap: End As One is a great co-op horror game
