i had a lot of fun with this one, if it ends up doing well i feel the dev could potentially make a bigger and better game in the future too. the demo gives you a solid idea of what the full game offers game launched with an unholy amount of bugs.. but t

Really enjoyed Star Rift Saga, responsive (X-Box) controls and refreshing gameplay. As always, I did not care for the story but that is just me. A fun time for a reasonable price. The way is open for a sequel....hopefully.

What you have here is a metroidvania from someone who well and truly understands the form, and has advanced the art of it. The bosses are chewy, the fights significant, the build variety is out of this world, the cozy vibe of rolling around at late game a

射击手感不错,装备摆放也很有意思,传送点也够多,除了不能做地图标记外,其他都很好

Fantastic take on the metroidvania genre. The inventory management system is well done and fun to play around with. Played through entirely on the hardest difficulty and thought that it did a great job of making the game hard but not unplayable by just ma

I'm playing through a couple of Metroidvanias because I eventually want to make my own one. Star Rift Saga, while having a few weird quirks that I ran into during my playthrough, is probably currently the closest design and quality wise to my "vision"

I enjoyed this little game. Good weapons and upgrades. Good level design. I beat it over the weekend but I can't wait for an expansion or a 2nd one if that happens. Developer patches things quickly and is active.

Amazing Metroidvania! The gameplay is fast and fun and the progression is spot on! Love the optional challenges and exploring new paths that open up throughout the game as you advance.

Solid indie metroidvania. A few minor bugs (eg can crash if you try buying out a chip vendor). There is a little too much inertia imo, but overall solid platforming mechanics and shooting mechanics. The chip system allows for customized builds and you ge

Fun game. Tight controls. Plenty of weapon variety. Tons of difficulty options. Nice biomes. Cool mechanics. Really interesting chip system. My only complaint is that there isnt a way to target farm missing chips and items for 100% completion. Other than

This was a great metroidvania. Unique powers and exploration. Not a huge game. Looks like I finished it at about 9 hours which honestly feels perfect. The shooting and movement feel great. The bosses were a little on the easy side but I'm okay with that.

Definitely not a AAA title, but holy moly, this is peak Metroidvania right here. Takes a short amount of time to get going, but once it does, it is an absolute blast. Very polished, smooth movement, fun and unique upgrades, secrets galore, various syste

Bloody great new metroidvania that's perfect for kids! (but still interesting and fun enough for adults)! Features a mild story about freeing citizens from a rift while being chased by baddies. Level-ups & equipment/weapon upgrades are constant, it never

I don't play Metroidvanias all too often, and the only ones I have found significant enjoyment in have been Hollow Knight and now, thankfully, Start Rift Saga. There are a few features that I really like: 1. The slight homing mechanic on the plasma gun ma

A good take on a metroidvania, with a good variety of progression mechanics to partake of along the way. With the use of the difficulty mechanics to leverage risk vs. reward, there are a lot of ways to play the game when mixed with the skill chips. I loo

I tried a handful of games that all felt and looked very similar with Princess Pomu, Witchroid Vania, Star Rift Saga and Bloom Thrice. Despite them all playing competently enough, I found them all to be kind of boring and arti
