I feel that the upgrades should be more powerful or the enemy difficulty ramping should be lowered a little bit. Permanent/persistent upgrades would be a good way to lure me to play some more perhaps. I would not pay for this, but for a free game...well,

could use much more complexity, found a working strat to beat the game on the second run and im just 0.7 hours in at the moment off writing.
btw, the winning strat for me was acid arrows, getting them on the cheap archers and spamming them around the gat
