I got this route automatically as I had Train Sim pre-2013 but I would recommend it to anybody who hasn't got it, especially if it has a discount.

York to Newcastle is good, but Newcastle to York is broken. You cannot end it because the points are not set right and as far as I can see you seem to end on the wrong track to put it right manually
