Well paced in terms of how long plants take to grow, it gives you time to go explore/progress/build. Cars stop if you're standing in the way of them which is good, and what's even better is if you hop on top of the car they start moving with you riding on

I should find some shops and get back to the guy to talk to him.
I did so, but there is no option to talk to him.
you can run against cars on the street and they get damaged and roll back. kinda funny
