Unplayable due to a glitch with one of the achievements that causes an insane amount of stuttering while playing on single player mode. Worst version of Raiden III until MOSS fixes this issue, and while they're at it also take care of the screen tearing.

Could've been a better PC port, but at least this version has competent controller support. The remixed music is outright better/replaced versions of the OST and are way better options than the middling OST of the original.

I'm not changing this review until they make the game Steam Deck compatible and/or fix the terrible optimization for low-end hardware. Compared to the prior Steam port of Raiden III, this is embarrassingly bad.

Bought this and refunded rather quickly due to the lack of 4K vertical mode. It does have 4K but the graphics looked upscaled to me from 1080p, not true 4K assets. The fact that the Raiden series is a vertical game by nature this is a real bummer in 2023

I love Raiden III, but don't think you should go for the Steam version. My game was lagging way too much to be considered playable. It's a shame too, because this is the only way to play Raiden III on steam if you haven't already paid for the now de-liste
