This game is easily the best (or tied for best) of all Spiderweb Software Games and represents the pinnacle of what Jeff Vogel has been perfecting for 20+ years. If you're not familiar with the studio, expect great writing, hard choices, intelligent comb

Jeff's writing. He's good. Play all his games and you will evolve morally.

I liked this more than the first game in series. While the most glaring issue in combat was not addressed fully, stun-locks DID become more rare. The story is good, though it didn't fit my usual playstyle - being "vaguely good" does NOT work in Rokaj! I

I had thought that Jeff Vogel reached the peak of excellence when he wrote the Avadon trilogy. Oh, how wrong I was. Queen's Wish 2 has all the complications of politics, action, family dynamics, careful selection of skills, a sprawling world that continua

This is an excellent continuation of the Queen's Wish series. Take the first game, continue the story line, make some tweaks to gameplay and the kingdom management, and you have QW2. I liked QW1 very much, and 2 is no different. Perhaps more in this ga

Queen's Wish 2 t is a good improvement on the original. The Rokaj feels like a very distinct place and the Ro customs are well realized. Also large praise for the map, I don't know why but a lot of Spiderweb game maps felt kinda gimmicky. In Queen's Wish

If you like well-written classic RPG's in the mode of Ultima or Baldur's Gate - this is one for you. I've played several of spiderweb software titles and enjoyed them all.

ffs. this is much worse than i anticipated...I think i will have to avoid any game that spawns blobs/slimes for a very very long time...its unfortunately a really bad game...combat is terrible. I promised myself not to buy the sequel but just wanted to gi

I loved the Avernum Games, and I absolutely adores Queen's Wish 2! I haven't played the first one, which may affect my play experience, but so far it's been more streamlined than the Avernum series.

Its a rather deep and interesting story and there are times that I get lost and would wish there was a quest indicator. The turn based combat is rather basic and linear, everyone can use anything so no class based RPG elements.

As usual, Spiderweb Software delivers a story-rich game. I played (but did not complete) all of them since Exile I (the very first one). I do like the change in mechanics that was taken with Queen's Wish. But I do miss the ability to have an absolutely ov
