This DLC is in fact more of the same but with the twist of GLaDOS. They only added maps and voice acting - No new towers.
It turns out to be a fantastic fit as GLaDOS will torment you and mess with your towers and strategy.

Very bad mouse control.
Almost no balance.
The towers are quite weak and too expensive.
Your only help is a slow charging laser.

I wish I'd played this YEARS AGO! It's one of the best DLC's ever made, and it completely shakes up the game with a new story and unique gameplay. Just make sure you at least play the base game first. It's pretty hard.
