TL;DR: So far the experience has been a good experience. It's been relaxing and so far I'd say the time invested has been good since I grabbed it on sale. Out of 100, it gets a solid hard 75 out of me.

The graphics, character movement, combat and story are all a PS2 special, but it is still a ton of fun. I would not recommend paying $60 for it, maybe $25-30. The fact that a year on Square is still charging full price is ridiculous.
