This game does have some potential but as it stands right now, it's borderline unplayable.
the sanity drops far too fast, there is next to no variety, the items cost way too much for single use items etc.

No Crouch option for VR.
Tried to play tutorial. No info what so ever on whats going on. Dropped flashlight and couldnt pick it up.
Went into a mission and had the same issue. This is Really Early Access.
