I can't recommend this on steam for the same reason I can't recommend the game "Drowning". There is a more up to date version of the game that fixes bug and issues that isn't available on Steam. This updated version also fixes the broken achievement.

Seems very unfinished. This seems like a game you'd play in beta. The UI doesn't work and you can't save the game. The entire game is just walking around and walking into checkpoints that read off a sentence or two to you from a story.
