Tournament Ark is a roguelike deckbuilder, in a similar vein to Slay the Spire. Don't let the art style and price (lack of) fool you though-- this game has some depth to it.

Just as fun as it is silly. An easy to understand combat system masks the potential for extremely busted combos and power spikes, which you'll probably need when fighting LegallyDistinctAnimeProtagonist#4092.

Don't be put off by the awful graphics, this is one of the best deckbuilders on Steam. Some things could be improved, like make the runs shorter, but it's pretty good at what it sets out to do, and it's free.
