after you unlock a character just keep dating until like 80, that person will come to your door at night and unlock the lewd scenes.
it takes about 20/30 mins to date a character from 0 to 80.

People complaining about not being able to load games are just not very bright. The only hiccup is you have to exit to the title menu to do so. Also there is a cheat, you just have to explore a little (very little) to find it.
