It's like Anno with a focus on trains. The UI is a complete disaster and is a hindrance to playing the actual game. There is no "getting used to" the UI either. It's just horrid. Once you do get your tasks done though it is a nice sense of accomplishment.

UI is real pain to work with, I got into so much frustration (and a bug) performing simple basic tasks that I don't feel I have the patience to continue this game.
