The game is an absolute blast, despite it being quite dated. Just look up my gaming hours. I could have built myself a house, but chose to create dozens (hundreds/thousands...?) of fantasy towns instead. I guess this is one of my best choices in life.

As much as I appreciate HoMaM 5, put Heroes 1, 2, 3 and 4 on here too. Just drop the GOG versions, I'd probably get the all just on the principal of it being HoMaM (I say that as someone who already has all of them over there).

Online multiplayer is dead. Can no longer play with friends unless you're on LAN or using Hamachi.
The game holds up as a single player title, but in my opinion Heroes games are best played with friends.
