Story is kind of bad , and game has too few unique units, but the gameplay was engaging.
Permadeath is a little too unforgiving so I recommend Warlord difficulty with no permadeath for a decent challenge. UI is a little sloppy as well.

Difficulty spikes, especially in some midgame chapters often mean you'll find yourself softlocked in a mission, it's extremely frustrating to then have to redo the entire chapter and ultimately I bounced off the title because of this.
