I spent some time wrestling with this and then gave up.
1) Index controllers don't work. The devs have left YOU to program them using the bindings software. Seems lazy to me given that it would have been easier for them to do it using UE4.

It didn't work with Windows Mixed Reality. The start button didn't work. I tried several things including resetting SteamVR controller mappings. I could see the first level and the area around me and when I pressed the grip button, it throwed rocks. Apar
