It's not terrible, but not good either.
Some of the things the game wants you to do are really counter-intuitive. Like (Spoilers); place a car tire onto a fire and hold the cat in the smoke to turn it black... I mean REALLY!?

A fun, bizarre story line with unique mini-games and HOGs. The only downside was that whoever wrote the mini-game instructions and dialogue didn't speak fluent English. As such, some of the dialogue and many of the mini-game instructions don't make sense.
