As the game is no, it’s mostly unplayable on the Index.
Seems like a lot of mechanics aren’t designed for the index, example when trying to interact with things you have to aim well over the object for things to highlight.

Controls are pretty horrible. I did not find out how to open a menu and I got motion sickness in a few minutes because there is no teleport movement (Or maybe it is but somewhere in the menu which I didn't find how to open).
