It is doubtful that you could achieve your fitness goals with this, hard to say, I'm not a believe in the science of VR arerobics at all anyways. It's not for lack of trying though, this is very charming and you should go get fit with the animals. Not me.

Very nice game with good graphics, I used the Oculus Quest 2 and it runs very smoothly. Really easy to figure out how to play and it's super fun. Very good fitness game!! 20/10 recommend!!!

While the game works fine in the menus, has a great performance good music, and its graphics are bright and colorful... it just doesnt hit the right spots.
