It's not awful, but the game is too short with too little variation to be $3. That "dozen different author's drawings" is totally false as well, since there's only 12 unique pictures including the title screen.

As other people stated, this game doesn't work at all since mid 2020, you can have a look at the discussion to have confirmation that it's related to the game (which crash on launch) and not to incompatibility with Windows.

Can't even get it to run because of a crash since september 2020, and people still react they can't run it either, without a reaction from the dev. So don't buy this.

If your PC's language is not English, this game even cannot work. Puzzles are not very good. Sound settings is not available. Only 10 levels, all the others are repetitive. Once, the 11th achievement was broken, afterwards, got removed.
