The story in the first game was good, this one was not good. The story conflicted with the first game. They upped the price of warships, which was one of the only big differences. Just buy the first if you want a good strategy game with a minor story.

I don't really know how to put this, but in the end I found the story with the rats to be rather off-putting so I never bothered with the other campaigns from what I remember. The gameplay is alright, but nothing I couldn't get from the original already.
