Dr Atominus is a short but fun retro experience. Even though the gameplay is simple, it is an engaging platformer and the writing made me chuckle a couple of times. Hope to see a longer and more complex game from the devs in the future.

Exactly what is says on the can. Small, but pretty diverse. The story is fun.

What I liked:
-The 8-bit aesthetic
-Dialogue was delightful =)
-Music was good
-Keyboard-only controls are OK
What I didn't like:
-The story isn't very deep
-I completed all the achievements in 1.5 hours.

Well, I played this again after some updates have improved the game. This is recommended on sale.
The good stuff:
- diverse environments
- good controls
- finishes before it wears out its welcome
- metroidvania feel
- the humour in the game is silly but

To be honest, the game wasn't bad. But it severly lacked content, this isn't the best or the worst it has its ups and honestly you should be able to complete the game within an hour.
This game was not the BEST but it wasn't the WORST either.
