Game is better than i thought, reason: works better with older GPU driver. Max res 1280 x 1024, overall bloom enabled but NOS bloom disabled in order to avoid the extreme screen flashes.
Also the road distance draw bug no longer present

Midnight Outlaw is an older racing game from 2005. Unfortunately the developer has not maintained the game and it does not launch under modern versions of Windows.
I can't recommend games which don't work, especially not for $10.
