A broken, buggy mess of a game that's actually pretty interesting and fun-ish to play. Just follow Samz's guide in the community posts and you should be ok. I'd say its worth the low price for a war that few games cover.

Pros:
It is classique RTS based on real events. Actually, it is based on russian movie "9 рота".
Graphics is nice for 2008.

I played this game years ago before buying it again on Steam and the game is very good but hard. You have to manage your troops well and not be like Russia in Real Life and just send bodies to the problem.
