I enjoy the premise of the game but it has a few problems.
1. If the whole market (all 4 sectors go down) you should be judged on the delta between your losses and the market losses. So if the market goes down 20% but you only lose 5% you had a 15% "gain

I think honestly this game doesn't reflect a real stock trader experience as sectors go up and down and it's not usually the traders fault but if your fund has a couple of bad times then you lose the game that's not realistic as if this happened in real
