wtf is wrong with everyone, this game is amazing
TLDR: If you like 6DoF games, chances are high that you will love this game.
I'm writing this review before finishing the game, though I'm already quite sure in my opinion. In the desert that is the 6DoF genre, this is a welcome oasis. How so?
What a great game this is.
ZeroGrave is heavily inspired by Overload, and thus also the Descent series. It's a very competent 6DOF shooter from an indie dev. The basic story is that you control a battle drone through the inner cyberspace of a mainframe
Visuals are crisp and clear, game design is very intentional. Sense of space in this game is a bit more open that traditional decent clones, and level designs offer unique combat encounter which will always challenge the player while offering opportunitie
I believe this is probably the best indie 6DOF game out there as this review is being written.
The levels may have a bit of cubist design that you might not expect from a modern game, but it makes up for it in spades with great gameplay and imaginative m
Shoot your way through a neon maze filled with hostile drones and battle robot bosses with cool weapons. It's highly addictive and after each completed stage I was thinking one more! Catchy music too.
While this doesn't hold a candle to descent, or overload for that matter, its not bad for the price. Main issues are the extremely samey looking levels and the very unhelpful map make it more difficult to navigate than it should be. Pew pew sound effects
Rock solid omni-directional fps game, if a bit short.
There seems to be a lot of room for additional content, at the very least it would be nice if you could mod maps in.
Excellent game and easily my favorite in the 6-DOF genre since Descent. Yes, even above Overload.
The game handles well, controls fantastically, and has a wonderful variety of weapons that handle differently and invite a variety of play styles. The level
Having finished all of the available non-sandbox/arcade missions, I can say this game will remain a personal gem and favorite. Fun, easy combat in a fast, fluid, yet non-confusing environment. There are a wide variety of weapons and I found myself changin
If you liked overload/decent you will like this, controls and movement feel great, music/graphics are ok not bad - nicely stylised though.
could use some more level size/complexity and visual distinction within each level section to break up the "sameness
AMAZING game! I love it! Just over 1/2 done with the campaign and have loved every moment of it so far. 100% recommended!
Shorter but sweet game. It's not particularly hard but I found it fun and the unique ideas for the bosses were cool. Worth the money.
Wow, that was a surprisingly refreshing 6DOF. It's a series of 24 short and challanging levels, that get an interesting spin every now and then. After each level you get some experience, level up which gives you better stats and new weapons.

As a Descent-like, this title has plenty to offer. Unique weapons and interesting attacks and attack patterns make this a must-buy for anyone who likes Descent (or overload) games. I'm sure I'm gonna put many hours into this one!Negative: Not allowing acc
This is a very solid addition to the 6dof genre. The best aspect for me is the varied weapons it brings to the table and the synergies you can create with them. Absolutely recommend giving it a go if this is your niche.
decent gameplay but too repetitive, gets boring fast
The vaguely futuristic art/textures work fine, but there is little interesting level design going on. There are no subtly sloped surfaces like in Descent, everything looks kinda boxy. Secret rooms/corridors seem to allow going around some enemies, but thi
