I love the content that is in the game right now, but it's been about a year since the last update. This game has a ton of potential, it's sad to think that it'll never be completed. Until it's updated, I'd not recommend this game.

I'll be honest, I wanted to like this. I love city and civ builders, and the premise here is good, but unfortunately there's just nothing here. Even calling this a tech demo is a pretty big stretch as there's no novel tech on display here.

At the moment I cannot play it as it crashes every time. I'm playing on Oculus Rift S, it's the only game I have with such an issue. Cannot recommend it yet but I'll keep it as it seems interesting from what is in the description.
