This game is like Gunstar Heroes. Fun time waster, but too much grind, game has 100 levels.
I would recommend to play a few levels only because it is too repetitive.
Tips to win without DLC:
- prioritize leveling up the attack damage
- prioritize streng

Once you get to map level 80ish you are just grinding to level up tracking weapons to 3. Worth the $4 or whatever it cost.
