Weird, no instructions, and doesn't make sense. It has a bunch of things (eg "temporary flags", "permanent flags", etc) which are never explained, and *sometimes* appear to do something. But also, sometimes do absolutely nothing. And there's no way to

This game is a gem in the indie milky way. A both pleasant and weird experience with this kind of top-down shooter roguelike. The developer is definitely an incredible creator.

I love this game so much. I played it as an innocent 21 year old 10 years ago and it gave me my first existential crisis. So from that perspective, I recommend it. It's like the incarnation of the concept of a fractal in game form. An infinitely complex

It's been a few years since I tried this game, but I recently gave it another go. (Needed to fire up a mac VM running OSX 10.8.5 in order to play it though. YMMV). I have to admit that I appreciate it more now than I did back then. It is definitely an acq

Sure, it's not big or fancy, but I definitely don't regret spending a couple of quid on it. Its pretty, the concept is cool, and its nice to dip in and out of it every now and then.

It's a neat concept, but right now that's all it is. Get it as part of a bundle.

The concept of this game was good, but unfortunatelly, it was too poorly executed. The difficult is completely unbalanced, after the first levels you already find your self surrounded by powerful enemies, and with a firepower too weak to take them down.

A fun idea, nothing more then a distraction for a couple hours before it gets borning. Wish there where refunds back when it first came out.

Takes awhile to get into it and fully grasp the concept, but once you do this game is incredibly unique and fun. Can be super hard at times but you gotta think through the best way to navigate the situation, really adding a new layer to things. Definitely

Un gioco con meccaniche interessanti che riprendono i concetti matematici e filosofici dietro le immagini frattali! Peccato sia così poco conosciuto ed apprezzato. Mia recensione dettagliata: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KpFhOLhVJcQ

Game gets points for innovation and interesting concepts. It has some pretty major QoL issues (to be fair, it's an indie game over a decade old) and frankly just isn't my kind of thing. It reminds me a bit of my attempt to play Yume Nikki, where a goal wa

I'm not even going to review this as a game, because it is not a game. It is educational software, demonstrating what a waste of time looks like. Please do not buy this. Linux is free.

We need a "meh" recommendation, Steam, for games like this. It's not really recommendable nor is it something people should avoid. It's... meh. Game has a neat gimmick that's kind of poorly executed but it's still fun enough to give a try.

Pretty fun level transition gameplay. Reminds me of Disgaea Item dungeons.

Not especially complex or polished, but it's still an interesting, weird, atmospheric little experience.

Just incredibly boring. It's an interesting concept but poorly executed.

This game is absolutely unplayable. The slightest twitch makes the mouse jump across the screen and there are no options for anything.

(My playtime of the direct-download version isn't reflected on Steam) A neat and tight little game of infinite recursion and stacked layers. The gameplay is simple and the whole thing creates a really nice relaxing atmosphere. It's a good chill-down game

Typically for a Jason Rohrer joint, it's much more interesting to read about this game than to play it, since it's a high-concept idea with no follow-through. He could simply tweet his game ideas instead of releasing them on Steam, but writing a whole 280
