There are three different visual novels. The worst from story and graphics(!!!) is by far the one featured in the screenshots. The other two are way better and there are also video clips included. Really really good stuff, if you ask me.

It's a visual novel with no choice except for the extra. Main history about Dr Tanya's experiment is OK. Extra and second doctor history are kind of sick histories. Don't expect nice histories. It's really dirty with an obsession for making hole in butt.
