i would give it a yes but there is a game-breaking mistake that make it not work at all. the best creature doesn't stay, making the best generation the first one most of the time because one bad generation and it goes back five, and most of the generation

Overall, I enjoyed my time making a playthrough of this game. I thought it was quirky and enjoyable... despite the fact that all the creatures look dead inside, and laugh creepily when you add limbs.
